Fees

CMR charges daily rates with a half-day minimum. This fee is usually divided among the parties, unless they agree to another arrangement. There are no administrative or case management charges for most cases.

Pre-Mediation Telephone Conferences

CMR neutrals are available to discuss whether a particular case is appropriate for mediation prior to scheduling. If a case is scheduled, you may call CMR to discuss any issues you may have concerning the mediation.

Arbitration/Mediation Briefs

Briefs should be submitted five (5) business days before the scheduled date. It is recommended that counsel share their briefs with their clients prior to the scheduled arbitration or mediation.

Mediation Attendance

Our experience has established that real decision-makers should be present at mediations. Schedule the mediation for a time when the real decision-maker will be present. Counsel should confirm with CMR and their client in advance who will attend the mediation.
