Mediation is a process that enables parties to voluntarily participate in resolving their disputes in an informal, fair and cooperative environment with the assistance of a skilled, neutral third party to facilitate settlement discussions. We believe that the sooner the mediation process begins the greater the opportunities for settlement. Mediation is an effective process to resolve your dispute quickly, inexpensively and without the necessity of court battles and excessive attorney fees and costs.

Mediation is not litigation, although mediation is often used to resolve disputes in litigation. Mediator meets with parties to the dispute and their counsel to determine how to best assist them in resolving the dispute. The mediator may meet with the parties together and separately to discuss issues and explore settlement alternatives. This process typically continues for several hours and can sometimes require multiple sessions with the mediator to resolve the dispute.

MEDIATION IS A FASTER, MORE EFFICIENT, MORE AFFORDABLE PROCESS TO RESOLVE YOUR DISPUTE.
Benefits of Mediation
